These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the eSIM Finder mobile application, the website esimfinder.io, and the eSIM Finder connector for Claude (together, “the Service”), operated by Frantisek Valent, s.r.o. (“eSIM Finder”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

eSIM Finder is a discovery and intermediary service for travel eSIM data plans. The Service lets you browse and compare eSIM plans for 190+ countries and regions, see indicative prices in your chosen currency, and generate a link to purchase a plan. The eSIM products themselves are provided, sold, fulfilled, and supported by a third-party provider (Breeze, operated by eSIM Go), through that provider’s own online store.

The eSIM Finder connector for Claude exposes the same discovery capability inside a conversation with Claude. It is read-only: it returns catalog information and purchase links. It does not, and cannot, complete a purchase, take a payment, or transfer any funds on your behalf.

2. Purchases are made with the third-party provider

When you choose to buy an eSIM, you are redirected to the third-party provider’s store to complete the transaction. All payments, order fulfilment, eSIM activation, customer support for the eSIM, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the third-party provider under their own terms and privacy policy. eSIM Finder is not a party to that transaction, does not process your payment, and does not store your payment details. You should review the provider’s terms before purchasing.

3. Information is provided “as is”

Catalog data — including plan availability, data allowances, validity, and prices — is synchronized periodically from the provider and may not reflect real-time values. Prices shown by the Service are indicative; the binding price is the one displayed at checkout on the provider’s store, which may differ (for example due to currency conversion or taxes). The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. eSIM device compatibility, network coverage, and connectivity depend on your device and the provider, and are not guaranteed by eSIM Finder.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, nor to use it in any way that violates applicable law or the Anthropic Usage Policy when using the connector through Claude.

5. No personal accounts

The Service does not require you to create an account with us, and the connector is anonymous. We do not collect traditional personal data. Our handling of limited technical data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The eSIM Finder name, branding, website, app, and connector are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names and trademarks (including Breeze, eSIM Go, Shopify, Claude, and Anthropic) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from: inaccuracies in catalog data; the unavailability of the Service; or any product, transaction, fulfilment, or support provided by the third-party provider. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
